Salina Welcomes Hap Dumont 9U State Baseball Teams & Fans!

TEAM INFO Initial Team Registration: Teams must pre-register for the tournament via the Hap Dumont website. Teams will be required to check-in on-site upon arrival. Games will be played at Bill Burke Park - located at 1501 E. Crawford St., Salina, KS 67401. Tournament Bracket Gate Fee $250 Upon arrival as opposed to a ticket gate prior to entry per person, each team will be required to pay a gate fee of $250 on-site at check-in/registration prior to tournament play. Accepted payment forms are cash, team check or debit/credit card. For card processing there might be a short delay due to on-site processing limitations. If you'd like to pre-pay prior to arrival, Tiffany can take a card payment over the phone on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 8am and 5pm call Tiffany at (785) 827-9301 x 130 or (785) 493-5300 cell. Rolling Schedule As is common in tournament play, following the first round games, if both teams have completed previous bracket play games, the next games may start early (up to 30 minutes early), thus a rolling schedule format will be in effect. This will not effect the first games of each day. Teams are encouraged to move quickly between innings when taking the field in all games. T-shirts Shirts will be available pre-order and on-site in limited sizes and quantities. Deadline for pre-order is July 10. Concession Salina Optimists will be the on-site food concession vendor featuring hot dogs, hamburgers, nachos, drinks and more!. Bill Burke Park Bill Burke Park is located at 1501 E. Crawford St. Salina, KS 67401. The complex consist of 8 turfed and lighted youth baseball and softball fields. The facility includes 2 large picnic shelters, new bathrooms, concession, walking trail, playground and more. Metal cleats are NOT permited on the turf. Sunflower Seeds and other shelled nuts are NOT allowed in the complex. There is a curfew at Bill Burke Park that does not permit overnight parking. However, campers are permitted in the north lot of the complex. |
