Leadership SalinaA program sponsored by the Chamber and Greater Salina Community Foundation. It is designed to develop competent community leaders. The purpose of the program is to make participants aware of the issues, challenges, and opportunities facing this area and inspire them to accept the responsibility of providing the leadership necessary for the continued progress and development of the community.

Junior Leadership SalinaThe program is open to all Junior class members in Saline County High Schools, Salina Christian Academy, and home school students. Topics include Chamber of Commerce; Education; Local Government; Business; Quality of Life; and Leadership Skills.

Business Hall of FameA program designed to honor prominent business leaders, both past and present, who have made extraordinary contributions to Salina.

Chamber Services
Blue Coat Ambassadors: This team of volunteers serves as an extension of the Chamber’s Ribbon Cuttings and Ground Breaking ceremonies.
Business Referrals: The Chamber refers and recommends only member firms when inquiries are made by phone or in person.
Chamber Blue of Kansas: an association health plan (AHP), Chamber Blue of Kansas is working with chambers across Kansas to provide organizations like yours access to health insurance savings associated with large group medical coverage.
Chamber Conference Room: We offer a reduced rate for members to hold meetings and seminars.

Kansas All Breeds Dairy Show: The show is co-sponsored by the Agriculture Division of the Chamber and the Kansas Dairy Association, in cooperation with the Central Kansas Research and Extension.
Mid-America Farm Expo: The Expo has grown to become one of the largest Spring Farm Shows in the Midwest. Over 325 exhibits are on display representing approximately 275 companies from around the United States. The Expo attracts over 10,000 people each year.
Membership Directory: An online business directory by specific category which includes link to business website and information listed.
Newsletter: A monthly newsletter highlighting chamber activities, new members, new businesses, and business information. A brief write up about your business in the Chamber monthly newsletter.
Plan Room: A weekly update of blueprints of construction projects in the area. Members can check them out for up to 48 hours.
School to Career: A program designed to be an inclusive program and build partnerships. Students participate in work-based experiences designed to enhance the learning experience.
Smoky Hill Silver Gift Certificates: Smoky Hill Silvers are sold to the general public and redeemed only at participating Chamber member businesses.
StartUp Salina: For individuals seeking to start their business, grow their existing business or entrepreneurs who want to share their knowledge for the educational benefit of everyone.

Candidate Forum: The Chamber sponsors Candidates Forum for candidates running for local or state legislature. The format of the forums consist of opening remarks by each candidate, questions from a media panel, questions from the audience, and closing remarks by each candidate. A Candidate Profile on each candidate is provided. The forum are free and open to the public.
Legislative Issues Meetings: In an effort to keep area citizens informed on state legislative activity, the Chamber hosts a series of Legislative Issue Meetings with our local Saline County Legislative delegation during the state legislative session. The format of the meetings consists of opening remarks from the legislature, questions from the audience, and closing remarks from the legislators. The meetings are free and open to the public.
