Congratulations to Larry Britegam for being appointed to the Kansas Sports Hall of Fame Board. Larry served on the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce Board from 1998 to 2002, is a current member of the Business Hall of Fame Taskforce and served as Tri-Chair and Team Host for the Basketball Task Force during the NJCAA Basketball tournaments. We are excited to announce that Richard B. Myers, current Kansas State University President, retired four-star general, and 15th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff will be our 2021 Annual Membership Meeting featured speaker. In addition, Michael Schwanke, News Anchor with KWCH will be a special guest interviewing President Myers and discussing his leadership and military experience. The event will be held virtually, from noon to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2021.
